New Morning (the “Service,” “we,” “us”) is provided by New Morning LLC. Entertainment venues use New Morning to sell tickets, book parties, collect waivers, run memberships and check customers in, and their staff use the New Morning Ops app at the door. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account information. For venue staff and administrators: your name, email address, and the venues and roles you have access to, used to sign you in. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive the name and email address that service shares with us.

Customer information. When you buy from a venue that uses New Morning: your name, email address and phone number, what you purchased, the session or date it is for, and when your ticket is checked in.

Party bookings and invitations. The name and birthday of the child a party is for, and the names and email addresses of guests entered for invitations and RSVPs.

Waivers. The signing parent or guardian's name and email address, each participating child's name, the signature, and the IP address and browser details recorded when the waiver is signed.

Memberships. The member's name, email address, phone number, birthday and address, optionally the names of the people the membership covers and, where the venue asks for them, their photos.

Payments. Card payments to venues are processed by Square, and venue subscriptions by Stripe. Card details are entered with those processors; we do not store card numbers.

Camera. The New Morning Ops app uses the camera only to read ticket and membership QR codes. Images are processed on the device and are not stored or uploaded.

Device and usage information. Our websites set a session cookie and use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how pages are used. We also keep technical logs needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the Service.

How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • provide the Service to venues and their customers — process orders and bookings, record waivers, manage memberships and check customers in;
  • send order confirmations, tickets and QR codes by email and text message;
  • let venue staff sign in and work for the venues they have access to;
  • provide customer support; and
  • operate and secure the Service and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. The New Morning Ops app does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

How information is shared

With the venue. Orders, bookings, waivers and memberships are available to the venue they were made with, and to its staff according to their roles.

Service providers. We use vendors to run the Service: Amazon Web Services for hosting, storage, authentication, email and text message delivery; Square and Stripe for payments; Google and Apple for sign-in when you choose them; and Google for website analytics.

Legal. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users and the Service.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as it is needed to provide the Service to the venue it belongs to, and as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and encryption of stored credentials. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and review our practices.

Your choices

You can control the New Morning Ops app's camera permission at any time in your device settings, and block or delete cookies in your browser. To access, correct or delete your personal information, contact the venue you dealt with or email us at the address below; we will respond consistent with applicable law. Venue staff can also ask their venue's administrator to update or remove their access.

Children

Children do not use New Morning directly. Venues on New Morning often host children's parties and activities, so a parent or guardian may give us a child's name — on a waiver, for example — or a child's birthday for a party booking. We use it only to provide the booking, waiver or membership it was given for.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
